You might reasonably ask whether a one-person operation should be trusted with a system your leads depend on. Here's my case. You get the person who built it. When your agent says something odd on a Tuesday afternoon, you're not explaining it to an account manager who forwards it to someone who'll look at it next sprint — you're messaging the person who wrote the prompt and wired the integration, and who can change it that day. Nothing gets lost in translation between the person who sold it and the person who has to make it work, because they're the same person.
The tradeoff is honest: I take on a limited number of builds at a time, so if I'm full, I'll tell you rather than take your deposit and put you in a queue. And I document every system so it's yours — where it's wired, what each part does, where the accounts live. If you ever want to hand it to someone else, you can.
