Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Any refunds initiated by us will be processed through the same payment gateway and may be subject to the gateway's processing timelines and fees.
1. Standard Payment Terms
- Standard projects require a deposit (typically 50%) to start work. Final payment is due on delivery before launch unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription or maintenance services are billed per the agreed schedule (monthly/quarterly/annually).
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Typical scenarios:
- Cancellation before work starts: Full refund of the deposit may be available if no billable work has begun.
- Work in progress: If you cancel after work has started, refunds will consider work completed and non-recoverable costs; the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded at our discretion.
- Final delivery disputes: If you are not satisfied with delivered work, contact us to resolve issues. We will work in good faith to correct defects. Refunds for delivered and accepted work are not guaranteed.
- Fraud or chargebacks: If a payment is reversed via chargeback, we will cooperate with the payment provider and reserve the right to suspend services until the dispute is resolved.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund, contact us at contact@yourdomain.com with details and your invoice/transaction ID. If we approve a refund, we will initiate it via the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment gateway and your bank — typically 5–14 business days.
4. Razorpay & Gateway Policies
Payments processed via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and settlement timelines. Any fees charged by Razorpay are governed by their agreement; we are not responsible for gateway processing fees retained by the provider.
5. Subscription & Recurring Billing
For recurring maintenance or subscription services, cancellations must be requested prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds for partial periods are handled per the subscription agreement and are generally prorated at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback with your bank, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and cooperate with the payment provider. If a chargeback is reversed in your favor, we will not provide additional refunds beyond that process.
7. Exceptions
Certain purchases (e.g., domain registrations, third-party services, licenses) are non-refundable once paid to the vendor. Refunds do not include third-party fees or non-recoverable costs.
