Design takes a couple of days and a typical first system is built and tested over two to four weeks, then watched closely through its first week live. Most of that window is testing — it's where the real edge cases surface. Revisions aren't really the unit here. During the build I keep tuning until the system behaves the way you signed off on in the design stage — that's the job, not an extra. Once it's live, changes are what the retainer covers, because a system that talks to customers needs adjusting for as long as it runs.
Setup is split in half: 50% to start the build, 50% on go-live. The retainer is billed monthly in advance, starting the month after the system goes live. Exact terms are written into the proposal before any work starts, so there are no surprises mid-build. Payments via UPI, bank transfer, or international transfer for overseas clients.
