• Call and message data: where I build or support a voice or messaging system for you, that system handles conversations with your customers. You are the controller of that data; I process it only to build, test, monitor and support the system on your instructions. Recordings, transcripts and message logs are held in the platforms your system runs on (for example the voice platform, WhatsApp Business API and your CRM), under those providers’ terms.
• Payment information: transaction identifiers and payment metadata when you pay for services. Actual card/UPI details are processed by the payment provider (e.g., Razorpay) and are not stored on my servers.
• Usage data: analytics, IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and other standard web log data.
• Cookies and tracking: cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the website and provide analytics.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate about projects.
• Provide, deliver, and bill for services (including processing payments via third-party processors like Razorpay).
• Improve this website and my services, and analyse usage patterns.

3. Payments & Razorpay

Payments on this site are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. I do not collect or store your full payment card details. I receive confirmation and limited payment metadata (transaction ID, amount, currency, and status) to reconcile payments and provide invoices. Any disputes about payment processing or chargebacks are handled per the payment provider’s policies and my Refund Policy.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

I may share personal information with:

• Service providers who help deliver my services (payment gateways, hosting, analytics, email providers).
